Machine operation is very convenient, video presentation is also very good, where can not ask the after-sales service. The uv laser deserves 5 star about the ordering, inquiry, transaction, shipping and after sale service. I had no trouble about anything. I could easily get answers for all my questions in any time. When my machine was at customs, I needed a paper urgently. I even called them at 11 pm (China time) and they responded quickly. 

Machine came with a good packaging. All parts and tools were included in the package. Computer had pre-installed OS and laser software. All parameters were pre-configured. After the assembly I started marking immediately. It is ready to go.
