Much to appreciate. I was gratified to see the machine tool grade packaging a week later when the item was delivered. Wood crate = rugged. Confidence that there were no issues from shipping and handling. The uv laser was placed, powered up, networked and tested that day. I'm not too psychic about how to do things, so written instructions on paper were welcome. "Look it up on You Tube" is fine for many people, but when I just spent thousands of dollars on a purchase I'm not interested in what the wide-open Internet might have to say about it. The software feels a limiting, I don't agree with some default settings in Design or Workspace tabs. Very minor issues I expect to get comfortable with over time. The laser arrived in perfect alignment, kerfs are so tight and tiny I want to brag about them. Cutouts I'm used to throwing away aren't scorched or burned, actually usable as art along with the design itself. I can cut intricate designs at 2/3 the scale of the same design on my former laser without burning or loss of detail. I'm looking forward to a long and enjoyable using this tool.
