From start to finish I have been sent pictures off the build and following tests.

RFH Laser goes out of her way to help out. When my local shipping agent made mistakes I could always count on Kelly to help sort it out even if she didn’t have to.

The machine came on time and within 30min It was up and running. 

I’m completely new to 5w green laser, but RFH have always been kind to help out and answer any question I might have.

I have been making Hipflasks and Brass wax seals now for a couple of weeks and are very happy with the machine.
